Cost and shipping conditions

IOSNA sends your orders to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.  And we make international shipments, depending on the area. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. 

Free shipping for orders over €180 with VAT.

Shipping costs vary depending on the area, weight and volume of the item.

Shipped to mainland Spain from: €6.00 (2 days to 4 working days)

Shipped Balearic Islands from: €13.14 (4 days to 6 working days)

International shipping from: €28.50

The indicated delivery times are for guidance, not implying its delay, the cancellation of the order or any right to compensation. In the event that there may be any atypical or unexpected delay for any reason (lack of stock, for example) we will contact you to notify you of the incident, in order for you to decide if you are interested in continuing with the order process or not. . In any case, the merchandise will travel insured with the mandatory insurance established by law, according to the Organic Law of Transport (LOT).

In certain very bulky items (eg long items) the transport calculation is made taking into account the volumetric weight. instead of the actual weight.

CAN I PICK UP OR BUY DIRECTLY AT THE OFFICE?

DELIVERY ADDRESSES:

  When filling in the data of purchase, the possibility of sending the shipment to an address other than the billing address is contemplated. To do this, it will suffice to select or enter the information of the address that you consider appropriate at the time of placing the order. In this case, the recipient of the shipment will not receive the invoice for the order. This will reach the buyer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?:

   Our transport agency will contact you by phone or leave a notice in the mailbox. You can request a second delivery at no additional cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  We make international shipments, depending on the area, but we do not send items longer than 60cm.

Any product ordered especially for the customer, items that are not active on our page, indicated as ON REQUEST, cannot be returned.
